Well-stacked but a bit messy inside

Well packed but a bit haphazardly inside, so there was less in it than there could have been.
Customer service was excellent. Delivery was smooth. The wood is good quality. The stacking is neater than on the previous pallet, which was better put together.
The pallet isn't quite full.

The wood supplied is of good quality and has the right moisture content, making it easy to light the fire. Delivery with live tracking means you know exactly when the pallet will arrive at your door. The driver was extremely polite and friendly. Top-notch service!

He was from Tunisia and spoke good English and, above all, French. We had a nice chat in French.
He was friendly and helpful, and together we put the pallet in the right place.

High-quality wood

This is the second year I’ve ordered half a pallet of beech wood from Houtgigant. One pallet lasts me about a year. The wood-burning stove in my holiday home is only used at weekends and during the holidays. The wood is well-stacked and compact, thoroughly dry and burns for a long time. It’s a pleasure to burn and provides a constant source of heat.
