As for the burn quality, I can’t say anything yet given the current temperatures 😅, but I’m happy to give some positive feedback.
Delivery and communication were good; the pallets were neatly stacked and there were hardly any scuffs on the packages. What struck me was the high density compared to a competitor’s product from last year. I also agree with another review that the burn holes are very clean and free of residue.
I’m a bit critical of the use of Sanderit tape on every parcel; a single-wall cardboard box without any film or Sanderit would perhaps be even more environmentally friendly.

Neat parcels that are ‘easy to handle’… having repacked just under 3 tonnes today, I reckon I’m well placed to judge that 😂

Five months ago, I ordered some imported Pini Kay briquettes, but they weren’t up to scratch. Last month, I ordered some Dutch ones instead. What a difference – I can’t believe it! They’re economical, produce very little ash, give off a lovely warmth and, best of all, there’s hardly any waste. The imported ones produced a lot of slag that got stuck in the protective plastic.
